Indonesian model Novie Amelia mowed down seven people with her car. But the interesting part is she was only wearing her underwear while driving, and she was later pictured semi-naked at police station handcuffed lying on a air mattress. Novie Amelia probably not as popular now but five years ago she graced the cover POPULAR Magazine scantily clad wearing a sexy bikini. Her most recent shoot was in a Jail cell scantily clad in only her lingerie. The Jakarta Globe report:

Novi Amelia, who hit seven people while driving intoxicated in nothing but her underwear in Hayam Wuruk, West Jakarta, apologized to the public on Wednesday.

“To all Indonesian people: I, Novi Amelia, deeply apologize for the accident that happened on Thursday [Oct. 11],” she told journalists at Bhayangkara Said Sukanto police hospital.

Wearing a long sleeve red shirt with black stripes, Novi said that she was sorry for her deviant behavior and driving half-naked.

“I know I drove the car recklessly and went out without wearing a polite dress,” she said. “It was unexpected and unintentional.”

Novi, a model who appears in adult male magazines, said that it was out of her control when she decided to drive while only wearing a bra and underwear.

A team of doctors at the hospital said, as quoted by Tempo.co, that she is suffering from mental illness. Doctors have scanned her head in order to find out if a potential brain injury caused her peculiar behavior. They concluded that her mental issues were not caused by addictive substances but by strictly psychological problems. It is confirmed by her old medical records that she has a history of mental illness.

“The symptoms are hallucinations and feeling depressed,” Henny Riana, head of the psychiatric unit of the hospital, said on Tuesday.

The young model, who lives in an apartment in Central Jakarta, hit seven people, including two police officers trying to stop her. When she was pulled from her car, she was hysterical, screaming at people as she was taken to a nearby police station for questioning.

When she was finally pulled from her car, she was dressed in only her undergarments.

Police later said medical tests came back positive for alcohol and ecstasy, indicating that she consumed the drug within the previous three days.

After leaving Bhayangkara hospital, Novi was brought to a rehabilitation center owned by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in Lido, Bogor.

“My condition today is better, and starting today I will join rehabilitation clinic,” she said.

And after the naked jailhouse photos were leaked, several police were questioned according to reports. I don't see how it was wrong for the police to take the pictures if she was acting crazy and they were just documenting her behavior. But it might have been unwise of them to leak these photos to the public. Also Novie or Novi seem to be the one removing her clothes and flashing the cops. Its not like they were forcing her her... But the cops seem to be sitting around and watching so they might be encouraging her to put on a show. If they are then they are in big trouble too... However not even the leak will save Novie from the charges because she tested positive for alcohol and drugs. Juan Rodriguez Is The Obama Streaker

Back in August, British billionaire Alki David offered $1 million in cash to the first person who streaked in front of Obama with his website name written on his chest while shouting "Battlecam.com" six times. This offer was supposed to be a publicity stunt because no one would be stupid enough to do it, right? Well, Juan Rodriguez, 24, Staten Island man was arrested on Sunday for pulling off the stunt. Juan said his family really needed the money. Now Alki David is backing away slowly with his money. Alki says he has yet to confirm it. NYDailyNews report:

"It's still not confirmed," David, 42, told the Daily News on Monday. "Whether he was in earshot and eyesight of the President is what's being debated right now."

He said it was not clear if Obama even noticed Rodriguez dashing through the massive outdoor crowd in his birthday suit with the name of David's website, Battlecam.com, written on his chest.

In August, David promised $1 million cash to the first person who streaked in front of Obama with the website printed on his body and while shouting "Battlecam.com" six times.

"Apparently, there is a law in Pennsylvania where someone isn't able to profit from an illegal act," said David, citing another likely obstacle to Rodriguez collecting the jackpot.

In a video of the stunt David allowed The News to view, Rodriguez is seen in the buff, standing in the crowd about 20 yards in front and to the left of the podium where Obama was speaking.

The camera pans to Rodriguez, who has the website clearly printed on his chest. He shouts "Battlecam.com!" and takes off.

Obama is heard off-camera pointing out dignitaries in the crowd but never mentions the naked man.

The video shows two men in the crowd pinning Rodriguez to the ground.

Rodriguez was arraigned last night on charges of indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $10,000 bond.

He told reporters that his family needed the money and he believed he had done everything required to win it - and nothing inappropriate. "It's just the human body," he said.

Juan Rodriguez says he's still an Obama supporter. His motivation for participating in the gag was purely financial. But doesn't that kind of make the president look kinda bad by underscoring the whole economic crisis? Anyway, there is also a Pennsylvania law that says a person can't profit from an illegal act, a law Juan hopes to use. But Tasha Jamerson, spokesman for the DA Seth Williams, says the Son of Sam statute only applies to murder cases. And then there is the possible $1 million fine the judge might give Juan. Looks like the real winner here is Philadelphia because they really need that million dollar in Philadelphia. And another thing's for sure, it didn't make Juan look too good. Michael Lohan Was Arrested Again, This Time For Alleged Breach Of Restraining Order

If Lindsay Lohan was thinking about getting her dad Michael Lohan an early Father's Day gift, may I suggest bail money? For the 100,000th time, Michael has been arrested. He was arrested yet again yesterday in New York. This time for violating a restraining order by phoning his ex, Erin Muller, on January 21. Police on Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. I am not sure but I think this is the second time he has been booked for criminal contempt but certainly will not be the last. Last December, Lohan was also arrested for phoning Erin at her job. At that time she also claimed he kicked her in the vagina. For a man who claims to be a minister, abiding by the law must not be part of his belief system. AP report:

Police on New York's Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. Police did not provide further details.

Bryan Konoski, an attorney for Lohan's ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, has told the New York Post that Lohan allegedly phoned Muller at work Jan. 21. That would violate an order of protection.

Lohan had been arrested on a similar charge in December.

In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed out of trouble for a year. Lohan denied he threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself if she left him.

Lohan's attorney had said his client is the victim of fabrications.

Wow, that was close. January was almost over without a Lohan being arrested. The monthly streak was almost broken. Lohan was most recently reported making plans to move to the West Coast with his new girlfriend, Kate Major. So his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller can finally sleep a bit easier knowing he is a few thousands miles away. I mean nothing about Michael Lohan suggests he is a crazed loose cannon who will show up at her house and kick her in the vagina. Again! Hopefully Michael know about the three strikes law in California. And people wonder why Lindsey is so messed up. If your family was like hers you would be a disaster too! Andy Dick Was Arrested Again, This Time For Sexually Assaulting Two Dudes

Andy Dick was arrested again, this time on two felony counts of sexual abuse for a drunken incident on Saturday morning in West Virginia. The first count was when he grabbed a security guard's crotch at Rum Runners in Huntington. The second is when he tried to stick his tongue down a patrons mouth without buying him dinner or paying first. Dick sexually assaulted a third man, Jonathan Kraft, but he will not be pressing charges. Andy put his tongue in Kraft's ear, but Kraft defends Andy saying the charges against him are "dumb" and "stupid." Kraft says "He’s nationally known as a weird guy." Well, I got to say that is true. This is just Andy Dick being Andy Dick and sexually assaulting as many dudes as he can on a weekend. The Huntington Herald Dispatch report:

Andy Dick, in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone, was arrested around 4 a.m. Saturday by Huntington Police on sexual abuse charges.

Dick was taken into custody around 4 a.m. after two men accused Dick of groping them at Rum Runners, at 819 3rd Ave. According to a press release issued at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from the Huntington Police Department, officers responded to a call to investigate “two alleged incidents of a patron engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with a bar employee and another patron.”

“Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree,” the press release stated.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2. If convicted, Dick faces one to five years in prison.

Wait a minute, all he did was grope two dudes? He didn't expose his own genitals, climb up on the bar and masturbate, or try to fuck the Golden Tee machine in the corner? Wow, Andy Dick is really maturing and finally acting almost his age. Anyway, hopefully Andy like the unwanted contact from dudes as much as he like to dish it out. He just might be going to a place for a few years where sexually assaulting dudes is a fact of life. But something tell me Andy will be the one on the short end of the stick in the big house.
