"Tila Nguyen is in total shock and livid right now that someone had the audacity to leak out an intimate tape made with her and her 2 girlfriends without her consent. That tape was not meant for the public and she has been fighting fiercely in court to not have anything released. We are currently working with her lawyer's to decide what the next steps are."
If you believe Vivid released this sex video without Tila's consent you are an idiot. The only part of the statement above that is based in reality and/or truthful is her real name and the part; "intimate tape made with her and her 2 girlfriends," everything else are lies. LOL... TMZ obtained the document, which states that Vivid owns the rights to the latest desperate plea for attention from this troubled D-lister. Which means Tila had to consent to the sale to Vivid under U.S. Federal law regulation the commercial distribution of pornography.
The company plans on releasing the tape on February 14 and tells tube porn websites that any streaming of it constitutes copyright infringement. "There is enormous interest in this sexy and controversial celebrity, so when we were offered footage of her with two of her girlfriends, we acted immediately," said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid. "Their sex is extraordinarily graphic and hot. We know that our fans will enjoy it because Tila's sexual appetite is like her life style - she holds nothing back."
